Tasting Notes

The 2021 Bar Lazy S Ranch Pinot Noir opens with aromas of candied strawberry rhubarb, accents of fresh cut roses, and raspberry liqueur. On the palate, elegant ceylon tea tannin, accents of black pepper, and candied cherries meld seamlessly with flavors of confectionery cherry cola on the lengthy finish. This wine is excellent with pork loin and cherry chutney reduction.
